The Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2023 has been released according to which Lahore College for Women University has been included in the ranking for the first time.
Lahore College for Women University holds the distinction of being the only women’s university in Pakistan to make it to the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
The university has also got the honor of being included among 29 universities in Pakistan and 16 universities in Punjab which are included in the World University Ranking.
Lahore College for Women University has been ranked in twenty-one different subjects in the world university ranking according to which the university has been included in the top 1000 universities of the world in 10 subjects.
Lahore College for Women University has made a place in 1000-1200 universities of the world in 11 subjects.
Vice-Chancellor Lahore College for Women University Professor Dr. Bushra Mirza says that for the first time in the world ranking of universities this year, the name of the university is a big success for all of us.
He said that Lahore College for Women University participated in 21 different categories.
